What is included in the accommodation?

All our accommodation is fully furnished with fully equipped kitchens, laundry (washer/dryer), FREE Wifi, Smart TV with FREE Netflix, Linen and Towels and Spare Towels.  We also provide an initial supply of consumable household items and toiletries at the start of the reservation.

Is the accommodation cleaned during my stay?

We offer weekly or fortnightly linen refresh for an additional fee.  The service includes a surface clean of the apartment and a linen and towel changeover.

Are there any other facilities in the building?

Some accommodation include additional facilities and amenities such as gym, pool and lounge areas.  Check each property description for more information.

Is parking available?

Many of our properties come with free parking.  For those without, we are happy to assist with parking recommendations nearby.

Is there a concierge on site?

Our apartments are all privately owned and do not have a reception on site.  We will arrange for a greeter to meet you at the apartment to show you the facilities but there is no permanent reception.

Is there a reception, what if I need help?

Whilst we don’t have a reception desk, our dedicated Guest Experience Team are always happy to help and will be your main point of contact during all stages of your stay.
