We started with executive apartments for business travellers who needed somewhere decent for a few nights or a few months. Turns out everyone wants that: more space than a hotel, a lower nightly rate for longer stays, and a place that actually feels like somewhere to live, not just somewhere to sleep. So now anyone can book them.
We've got 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments across the city and nearby, most pet friendly, with servicing available weekly if you want it.

StayCentral Has Been Housing Guests Properly Since 2005
Our apartments are in Melbourne CBD and within 10km of it — with the biggest concentration in Collingwood, Fitzroy and Brunswick, the suburbs that got cool without trying. We've also got properties scattered through Northcote, Port Melbourne and a handful of other pockets across the city, so there's usually something close to wherever you need to be.
We also do temporary accommodation for people between homes — repairs, relocations, a few months of work in the city — who don't want to live out of a hotel for that long. Same hotel-level amenities, none of the hotel feel. Just a proper apartment.
1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments suit solo travellers or small groups. Bigger spaces are there if you've got a family or a team on assignment. All fully furnished, all properly designed, all in good locations across Melbourne. We think you'll like it here.
