The floor of the living room is timber making it easy to maintain a dust-free environment. The bedrooms and stairs are carpeted and cosy underfoot.

The master bedroom has access to a secure external balcony via a fully glazed sliding door. All bedrooms have large mirrors, ceiling fans, split system air conditioning units and block out blinds. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and pillows of different densities to suit your needs. The other rooms, one including two single beds ideal for a family of two children and the other a queen bed, also have mirrors, large wardrobes and side table lamps for comfort, ceiling fans, split system air conditioning units and block out blinds. 

The bookcase is well populated with games, puzzles, adult & children’s books, and cookbooks. The house has a number of vibrant indoor plants that are grow and fed by hydroponic methods (guests do not need to water plants, a light mist if anything). For guests who ride bikes, there is a secured storage space in the garage that can accommodate 1-2 bikes.

This is an architecturally-designed townhouse located in the iconic suburb of Coburg. Within walking distance is the Pentridge complex famous for its history, it now encompasses  cinemas, restaurants, supermarket and various other shops and amenities. The complex incorporates the historic blue stone walls, the remnants of a rich history.

The townhouse is quite centrally located. Close to Coburg train station and tram line route into the CBD, or an 8km drive. It is also very accessible to Melbourne airport, a 20-minute drive.

The townhouse backs onto the picturesque Coburg Lake park and Merri Creek linear park & bike track, picnic spots, playgrounds and walking tracks. Sydney Road Coburg boasts an eclectic and culturally-rich strip with a variety of foods, restaurants, hair and nail, clothing and homeware stores to discover. Also walking distance is Coburg Leisure Centre and Coburg Olympic Pool once used in the 1956 Olympic games.


Many of the amenities you would require are within walking distance, with safe and well thought out paths. Car parking on Sydney Road and the surrounding area is free with time restrictions,

My townhouse offers so many comforts and amenities, it is new and has been carefully fitted out to anticipate your needs. We are 20 mins away in the event that you need us to be physically be there. Whilst you are our guests take the opportunity to see Pentridge village which is a significant part of Melbourne’s history it’s a short walk to café’s shops and cinema. Enjoy the surrounding Coburg Lake and Merri Creek parks and nature Reserves, as well as the one of two only remaining drive in’s. If you are here in summer walk to Coburg Olympic Pool, or the Coburg Leisure Centre indoor pool. Finally Sydney Road full of Middle Eastern, Greek and Asia restaurants, all at very reasonable prices. There are so many amenities within walking distance including the Coburg train station and tram lines into the city.
